Returning Clients

KEY KEEPER SERVICE
      Repeat clients are welcome to leave their keys with us between visits, and avoid the $5 key return fee. Keys are kept in a locked safe, with only a number ID, to deter theft. The number ID-client list is kept in a separate location for your safety. This is a free service.

RESERVATIONS
     Please call/email two days before your departure, so we can plan ahead to best serve you. Reservations made the same day that service is required are subject to an additional $5 fee. This does not apply to clients needing Pet Taxi for veterinary care. We will confirm your reservation and verify that your needs and pets have not changed since the last visit. Please note that your reservation is confirmed ONLY after we have phoned or emailed that we can accommodate you. We do not accept responsiblity for unconfirmed reservations.

PAYMENT
     When you make your reservation, we will tell you how much the fee will be. Please leave full payment in the form of cash or a check made out to "AAHB".

DISCOUNTS and REFERRALS
Please note that only one discount can be applied per service.
    * Repeat clients using our dog-walk or sitting services for extended periods (over a month) are eligible for long-term discounts.
   * Senior citizens receive 10% off all our services.
   * All fees for service and therapy animals are 10% off. The animal must have certification from an independent organization such as Handidogs or Dogs for the Blind.
   * You will receive a $10 credit for each new client who tells us you recommended our service to them.
